Ticket Terms & Conditions – The Adventure of Taking Flight. All tickets are sold via Ticket Tailor UK. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms below, as well as Ticket Tailor own terms and conditions.

1. Purchasing Tickets
Tickets are sold subject to availability.Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and Ticket Tailor issues confirmation. Please, check all event details (date, time, venue, seat selection) carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Digital Tickets
All tickets are issued as digital/mobile tickets via Ticket Tailor. You are responsible for ensuring you can access your ticket on arrival (including sufficient battery power on your device). We are not responsible for issues caused by lost devices or inability to access your Ticket Tailor account.

3. Pricing & Fees
Ticket prices are displayed at the time of booking and may include Ticket Tailor booking and service fees. All prices include VAT where applicable. Concession tickets may require proof of eligibility.

4. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled or significantly changed. As this is a dated live event, the 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law does not apply. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via Ticket Tailor to the original payment method. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs if the event is cancelled or changed.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event if necessary. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket’s face value. If only one performance date is cancelled, refunds apply only to that specific date.

6. Admission
Admission is subject to the venue’s regulations and policies. Please, arrive up to 30 minutes before your show booking. Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break in the performance at the venue’s discretion.We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner. No refund will be given in such cases.

7. Seating
Tickets are sold for specific seats as selected at the time of booking. In rare circumstances, we may need to reallocate seats; comparable seating will be provided where possible.

8. Age Restrictions
Any age restrictions are clearly stated on the ticket type. Children under the age of 5 come free, but they still do a require a ticket. Proof of age may be requested on entry for Child or Concession tickets. If valid proof of age cannot be provided, you may be required to pay the difference to the applicable ticket price before entry is permitted.

9. Accessibility
Accessible seating and facilities are available at the venue for this event. Accessible tickets and carer tickets can be selected during the online purchase via Ticket Tailor system. 10. Ticket Transfers & Resale
Tickets may be transferred or resold only through Ticket Tailor official transfer or resale marketplace, in accordance with their policies. Unauthorized resale may result in tickets being cancelled without refund.

11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.Subject to this, our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at the venue.

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, industrial disputes, or other unforeseen events.
