Welcome to Our Production Team

Nelson
Nelson is the designated custodian of our aerial troops and can frequently be found marching around the Hall and Centre, making sure everyone is working hard. He is dedicated to his role as guardian, but can be easily swayed with food, and is especially fickle when the odd sock is left laying out. If one should find they have only one sock, one shoe, and only half their dinner left, then consider it the price you pay for Nelson’s services.

Alongside her solo work, she also offers breathtaking doubles aerial performances in partnership with fellow artist Rebecca Plume – together creating visually stunning, synchronized acts that have entertained audiences nationwide. Kaylee also teaches Lyra and occasionally covers silks classes. Beyond aerial, Kaylee is a dynamic podium and fire dancer, and performs walkabout acts featuring LED poi and Isis wings. With her professionalism, stage presence, and wide skill set, Kaylee brings creativity, elegance, and impact to every event.

Lidka and Anne
Lidka and Anne met through partner acrobatics in Oxford, where balancing each other on the ground quickly proceeded to climbing higher onto shoulders. They naturally wondered what would happen if they applied those skills to aerial and this curiosity led to a partnership that combine ground-based acrobatics with flying in the air as an aerial hoop duo, aka “The Aerialnauts”. What they love most is the connection that comes with depending on each other – lifting each other up, and sharing the joy of aerial and acrobatics with others.

Milena
Milena is passionate about urban planning (her day job) and aerial arts (particularly silks). She set up the Miles Up Aerial school inspired by her experience learning aerial circus in London. She became an aerial fan after she tried aerial silks in Flying Fantastic in London; however, when she moved to Reading in 2019 and couldn't find any places that offered aerial circus classes she felt something important was missing in her life! Still passionate about it, she decided she needed to do something about it...!
Aerial silks is her favourite discipline but she also likes rope, hoop, and has tried straps and trapeze a few times.

Rosa and Jordan
Rosa and Jordan were paired together in 2022 at Afreaka Aerials, and have since built a dynamic partnership rooted in trust, strength, and creativity. Specialising in duo trapeze, they bring a unique blend of artistry and athleticism to the air, captivating audiences with their fluid connection and daring choreography. Beyond duo trapeze, Rosa and Jordan are also skilled in other aerial disciplines, including flying trapeze and aerial sling, showcasing their versatility and commitment to the aerial arts. Together, they have performed in numerous shows and competitions, continuing to evolve and inspire through their shared passion for flight.

Alba

She specialises in aerial silks and solo trapeze, where her movement captivates with both elegance and control. With over seven years of aerial training, Alba has also honed her skills in duo trapeze, duo sling, and flying trapeze, which makes her a versatile and well-rounded performer. She has participated in numerous shows and competitions, consistently pushing her limits and inspiring others with her dedication and passion for the aerial arts.
